Other Practitioners
For those considering other treatment, see your own local areas’ naturopath / acupuncturist / dietician / hypnotist / professional counsellor and find ones who specialise in pregnancy problems, particularly miscarriage (see also ‘Subsequent pregnancies’ information). Most practitioners also have websites that will give you an indication of their abilities, qualifications and sometimes the length of time they have been in practice. This is not necessarily a guarantee they are any better than anyone else but experience does help.
Aside from ‘Subsequent pregnancies’, there are also recommended ‘Websites’ and ‘Books’ and further information including specialised diets that can be followed up to give you more confidence for a positive outcome and knowing that you have done the best you could for yourself and your baby.
